Which Phentermine dosage works best?

There is no one correct dosage of Phentermine

Phentermine dosages should be taken based on individual requirements, height and body mass. Typically the lowest phentermine dose is prescribed first. The lower dosage phentermine pills can be taken as multiples to reach the higher Phentermine dosages. Phentermine is best taken on an empty stomach one-half hour before breakfast. The normal Phentermine dosage is one tablet or capsule per day. 15mg dosages are sometimes dispensed as 2/3 tablets/capsules per day. Take Phentermine dosages only as prescribed. Phentermine is quickly absorbed after swallowing. Peak plasma levels occur within 1 to 3 hours, varying with the degree of physical activity and the amount of food in the stomach. Absorption is usually complete by 4 to 6 hours.
Sustained release preparations are available as resin-bound Ionamin, rather than soluble salts. These compounds display reduced peak blood levels compared with standard amphetamine preparations, but the total amount absorbed and the time to reach peak levels are similar.
